He has over two decades of extensive experience in Capital Markets, Business Management & Strategy, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, and Investment Banking. His diverse expertise spans private equity investments, equity capital market transactions\u2014including IPOs, QIPs, and rights issues by Indian companies\u2014as well as foreign institutional investments into India.<\/p>

Over the course of his career, he has been actively involved in the structuring and restructuring of debt and equity-linked instruments, strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity placements, structured transactions, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has also led investment strategies across multiple asset classes, treasury management, and the development of strategic relationships with key corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and family offices in India and overseas.<\/p>

He has advised clients on a broad range of complex transactions, including minority stake acquisitions, control deals, buyouts, acquisition financing, negotiations, and regulatory matters governed by RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, and other sectoral regulators.<\/p>

Prior to founding the ACME Group of Companies, he was associated with reputed organizations such as IFCI Financial Services Ltd. (\u201cIFCI\u201d) and Religare Securities Ltd. (\u201cReligare\u201d), where he served as Vice President & Regional Head. During his tenure at IFCI, he successfully led operations across five branches and managed a network of more than 35 business partners\/franchisees across the Northern Region. At Religare, he played a pivotal role in driving business development across North India, with responsibility for overseeing 52 branches, more than 450 business partners, and a team of over 300 professionals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

He has more than 17 years of extensive experience in the Securities Market, Depository Operations, Client Servicing, Business Development, People Management, and General Administration. Over the course of his professional journey, he has been actively involved in Business Management & Strategy, Corporate Finance, Private Equity & Investment Banking, Strategic Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and Equity Capital Market Transactions.<\/p>

His core areas of expertise include Capital Market Operations, Business Analysis, Compliance with Stock Exchange and SEBI regulations, Futures & Options Trading, Stock Market Operations, Fundamental and Technical Analysis of Securities, and Surveillance Systems in Capital Market Operations.<\/p>

Prior to associating with the ACME Group of Companies, he held senior management positions with reputed organizations such as Globe Capital Markets Ltd., Aditya Birla Money Ltd., Religare Securities Ltd., and Abhipra Capital Ltd. Over the course of his career, he has been associated with reputed organizations such as KHD Humboldt Wedag, Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., HCL Technologies Limited, and Innodata-Isogen. He joined ACME Group in 2021 and has been serving as a Director of ACME Corporate Advisors Private Limited since August 2024. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in establishing and driving the Company\u2019s Corporate Advisory vertical, playing a pivotal role in delivering services across capital market transactions, IPO advisory, and IPO readiness. Under his leadership, the Company has successfully advised clients such as Macobs Technologies Limited, TechEra Engineering India Limited, and B.A.G. Convergence Limited throughout their IPO journeys. He has been key in bridging the gap between merchant bankers and client organizations, ensuring seamless execution.
